Articles are accepted for return credit or exchange if returned in unworn, saleable condition within 30 days from the purchase date as shown on the packing slip. Full refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise. The logistic cost of the return is assumed by the customer.No refunds or returns can be made at Yomime Stores. Customized and modified pieces are considered final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Our jewellery has a two year guarantee from the date of purchase that covers any possible defects that may arise from manufacture, but under no circumstances those caused by misuse by the customer. To enforce this guarantee you must submit a proof of purchase (purchase receipt, gift ticket or invoice or if due to specific circumstances it is shown that the piece is less than 6 months old from its purchase.
In the event that your piece has suffered some kind of damage, you have lost a trinket or you need any type of repair, please go to your nearest store with proof of purchase (purchase ticket, gift ticket or invoice) so that we can assess its repair. The customer will assume only the cost of the new materials needed, Yomime will assume the rest of the cost.
Yomime will clean for free the pieces bouhgt to us, cleaning the silver darked, applying new coating for the silver darked or the silver vermiel.
For these purposes, you need to go to the same place where you made your purchase so that its repair can be carried out. In the event that you live in a different city or country or you made your purchase online, please contact us trough (remember that it is imperative that you have proof of purchase).
The shipping and logistic cost of the pieces repaired by Yomime are assumed by the customer. In the case of Yomime is responsable of the damage and the pieces is under guarantee period, Yomime will assume the shipping and logistic cost.
